Pros

Nothing that one can think of. thats a fact.

Cons

worst place to make a career. The management consist of just 1 decision making person who will never side by you. There is no way one would sustain their career over here. You need to be a "yes boss" person to get your way here. there is no scope of learning anything here, just robotic work. Salary never on time, documentations are never done, no proper working environment or hours, no proper planning and future visions. This company is a joke !

Pros

I started my career here as an Intern and the first commitment fulfilled by the organization towards me was to hire me as a full-timer if I'd meet the expectations set with me which I did. The organization is full of untapped opportunities laid out for employees interested in an accelerated career path. The CEO shares his vision from time to time and ensures the employees are well connected with what he wants for the organization. The work culture is very employee friendly and highly flexible [ Very New-age] hence easier to adapt for anyone from any cultural or lingual background. The team is a highly dynamic & motivated group to work with, always ready to take on challenges. The learning curve so far has been great and I look forward to a fulfilling tenure at Orian Research with a lot of Goals yet to be achieved both at an Organization & Personal Level. PS: They are also a good paymaster so if you're a deserving candidate, then rest assured you won't be disappointed with your pay packet.

Cons

It's a startup, hence the business demands are exceedingly overwhelming at times making it difficult for the average 9-5 employee to survive as you're always flooded with work. Lack of resources at times does make it a little hectic which definitely requires a lot of self-motivation to be able to work long hours and not feel bad about it.
