      - ERP (SAP 4S) works well - variable pay bonus - fun environment

      Cons

      - leadership can be better. If upper management doesn't like you, they'll find ways to get you out - GBS is ramping up but there is no clear / consistent support from upper management - HR sides with management always and rarely stands up for employees.

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
