      meh.. not much on the pro side

      The Denver office is like a Donald Trump White House which means high turnover at all positions, toxic work environment (extreme politics and plenty of backstabbin'), lack of accountability, finger pointing in every direction, empty suits that should not be in leadership roles (just nod your head in agreement!).

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
