      The people. Locally, but also globally. A genuine family. Had their issues with each other but always have your back.

      Communication often lacked. Hard to communicate well in such a large organization.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
