      - flexible and remote working arrangements possible - some colleagues are really knowledgeable and expert in their subject

      Cons

      - company culture not oriented towards worl/life balance - teams are sometimes very widespread geographically, hard to really establish a "team feeling"

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
