Lots of people are willing to make a difference and also open to share their expertise Opportunity to learn is out there, you just need to take the extra step
Cons
The upper management team do a poor job envisioning and execute their strategies for the company; there is no clear direction since it changes before anything get implemented right; there is no serious follow through regards projects or anything that matter. There is no strategy for Human Resources management whatsoever, actually they are the department where the turnover seems pretty high
