      Flexible work environment and some great people with excellent industry expertise.

      Cons

      Terrible management with no knowledge of industry or adequate people skills to lead a team. Extremely limited opportunities for career progression and very poor company morale.

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
