      no proper team management, work load is very high for the salary they provided, they expect us to do all with the fraction of salary of that of onsite resources

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
