      Great coworkers, that's about it.

      Cons

      Leadership- if that's what you would call it. They will stand if front of you and smile, and when you're not looking plant a knife in your back. Very poor vision of the future, no structure in processes that would make jobs easier. Knee jerk reaction is the name of the game.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
