They'll hire you saying the designation is for Network Support Engineer, But in all honesty it is a Call center. Trainer & TL will tell you that "if you want to make your career in networking, you have to get customer interaction. And it'll be like this in every company" But thats not the case. Just don't go there... You'll never learn a thing about networking here. Also other companies will reject you if you put this company's experience on your CV. I'd rather work at a call center & get paid more than working at this company. I completed my one week training here, for which they won't give you salary. & then 3 days OJT & on the 4th day, I quit & left the job. It was not worth it. For training they'll tell you, you have to get 40 out of 50 to qualify & get selected for job. But even if you score just 1, they'll still hire you. And for job, you'll be resolving issues of customer & 99 of 100 customers will say that Tikona is a worst ISP. And don't you think you'll be just taking 20-30 calls a day. The moment your first call is over, you're reserved for another call. Of 7 hrs working shift (total 8 hrs) you'll be wearing the headphones for 6hrs 50 mins. And I'm not Exaggerating. It is what it is. I regret wasting my 10 days for this company!!! I'd rather stay unemployed for the rest of my life than working for this fraud company. I don't know how HR & CEO/CTO look themselves in the mirror knowing that they are hiring ENGINEERS for A CALL CENTER & wasting their time & destroying their careers. c'mon get a soul. Even a 10th pass can do that 'TECHNICAL' Job. Please take this review seriously. I took 30 mins to write this review in as clean language as I can. Believe me it was hard to write the review w/o cursing.
