Pros
The majority of non management employees are great to work with.
Cons
To start with, the blatant nepotism is going to be the downfall of this company. They recently went through their second reorganization of staff, during this time the founders decided to bring back family members that worked for the founders husband at a failing video game company. Bringing these people in is a sign that the top management is still not ready to run a business. Neither person has the academic background nor experience to be in roles they are in. For the people in the field that may read this, the mission statement is just a platitude on the wall. When employees in the corporate office start to pursue their dreams, the management displays that it's just a platitude and that they do not actually support people following their dreams. Finally, there are several people there that are backstabbing and make it impossible to actually focus on your job without having to worry about how those people will try to use any mistake to further their personal agenda despite being completely incapable of doing their job. This even involves one management employee telling an employee, who complained about bigoted and racist remarks made by his supervisor, that it's a family tun company and the employee should have just spoke up to his supervisor making the racist remarks.
