Because there are lots of staff, negative people sometimes find their way in and bring the team’s mood down. These types of people avoid work at all costs and some become bitter and obsessive after they end up leaving. They seem to only realise just how good a place origin is when they’ve got to find somewhere else to take their bad attitude. It gets awkward bumping into them to be honest (which seems to happen every weekend). Because the company’s growing quickly, processes can keep changing, but i can see that it’s all to improve things for the customer.
