Misogynistic, make you believe you could get a better position when they have no intention of hiring women for the role (led me on for like six months after telling me they would love to have me for this position with all the qualifications necessary but no intention to ever hire me for this position), higher ups do not care about their employees whether it comes to complaints, concerns, they make it seem like they care but they will just hire someone different if you leave. They make a culture that seems like they do care but if you complain about stuff like working in a toaster oven they will slowly make your life miserable nonchalantly like moving you to a different team until you quit so they don’t have to pay your unemployment. i worked the most hard i have in my life but was only offered a 50 cent raise after my yearly review being late. Management told me they don’t do exceed expectations for review that satisfactory is the highest but then contradicted themselves saying l would have to exceed expectations in order to get my full 5 percent raise. So since i didn’t exceed expectations even though i worked harder than I ever have for over a year I only earned 50 cents more than i had before. No room for growth only favoritism and sexism for uplevelling at this company.
