Pros
There is an hourly base pay which is nice. With the base pay plus the commission you can earn if you put in a good amount of hustle, you can bring in pretty decent pay checks. All inbound calls.
Cons
It is a call center job. So, you get to sit and take inbound calls all day, but there's not much flexibility with your schedule and your time on shift. You are expected to be a bit of a robot in terms of going from one call to the next and you will get micromanaged if you try to take a few minutes to yourself between calls.
