Pros
Co-Workers were nice and made it tolerable to stay while looking for a new job. The company had bagel day which was ok. The best part about working at Orlans was when I submitted my resignation letter and got a REAL CAREER JOB - which is where I still am working and LOVE IT. So, thank you Orlans for making the working environment such a miserable place that it forced me to look elsewhere and now, as a result, I truly enjoy and appreciate my new position with another company!!
Cons
Expect to be mistreated, degraded, and given mixed direction/messaged on a daily basis but on the flip side the employee is expected to enjoy and like there job. Not sure how that works as I hated the mere THOUGHT alone of coming to work because it was such a miserable place to work with a constant cloud hanging over you - DAILY!!
