      Pros

      Rewarding job where you get to see the positive impacts you make in the lives of others. Every day is different and can be unpredictable but that's part of the fun. The training, benefits, and starting pay relative to the industry standard is great.

      Cons

      Relocation to Northern communities can be difficult and takes some getting used to. Less flying hours than other medevac operators in the North.
