It was a learning experience - Graphic Designer Orora Employee Review

I need to put a review so I can access Glassdoor so here goes...I was lucky to have reported to wonderful managers at Orora. They were supportive, process-oriented, and truly led by example, focusing on continuous improvement, and transparency. I gained not only technical skills but also valuable leadership insights from them. About 80% of the culture was genuinely positive, and I felt fortunate to be surrounded by caring, collaborative colleagues mostly from the production floor and technical team.
