They truly care about you as a person. It is a demanding job and they are always making sure that their workers know they are appreciated.

Sometimes it gets hectic and you can feel overwhelmed.

Asking questions or for clarification on assignments were considered to be bothersome. Inquiring about weeks of back pay led to an explosive, unprofessional phone call with the CEO. Speaking up for yourself is considered to be an 'outburst'. CEO was belittling. Did some research and found other women who have had similar stories here. Prospective employees should Google the CEO of a company prior to accepting a job - this goes for any company, but especially this one. It's one thing I wish I had done prior to starting here.
