- I really enjoy that the company encourages you to grow in your role, and that the founders encourage staff to persue your specific career goals within the role and will tailor your work to meet this. - Very flexible if you need to go to appointments or take time off for personal reasons - Founders have a really positive attitude which makes working for the company feel exciting as you feel like you are part of something - Fast paced so you are always learning and working on something, the company is growing and creating new things all the time so its interesting to be a part of it. - The brands you get to work with are really cool - The work is very varied, it might be a lot of emails and spread sheets one day, but then the next you get to go to events or send out influencer gifts so it never feels boring or mundane! - The founders are very transparent in sharing information about how the business is doing and why decisions are made in certain ways
