Toxic work environment at Piedmont location - Technician Ortec (Easley, SC) Employee Review

On 3rd shift there was: Unchecked racism against black employees. I heard black employees addressed as "boy" as well as straight up slurs. Unprofessional/crass behavior from other coworkers such as exposing themselves to others in jest. High school locker room behavior. One guy even left the job site (still clocked in) to see a romantic partner for 2 hours. No pay for being on call. Meager shift differentials.
