      Top Management was out of touch with customer needs, business demands and employees. Morale was very low, employees were not supported by upper management and customer orders were not filled in timely manner

      Supportive culture, great people, lovely locations, great sales teams, patient focus, and the genuine desire to be better. Your role could be great, or awful depending on the team.

      Cons

      Executives throw spaghetti at the wall while no one else is on the same page.
