      O1 is a great place to work - there are many opportunities for those looking to move up in a company.

      Cons

      Still a growing company - so while there are many opportunities for those who stick around, they may take a while for expansions to happen (happening quicker now!)

      Amazing Physicians who care about their employees. My coworkers are like family. Been at O1 for a long time and I would not change it for anything.

      Cons

      Need to be fairness amoung the different departments.
