Good for freshers to have hand in general dentistry

No work life balance. They will asked you to rate them on online platform otherwise salary wont be credited. All those 5 star reviews are from such employees. False practice, zero patient satisfaction, only patients of ville parle are getting good treatment, others are just managing their problems. The owner of company has zero medical ethics and sympathy towards their patient as well as their employee. No standard of communication with team. They can even say rubbish abusive language infront of female dentists. Nobody can survive more than 3 months here.

I have worked in this esteemed organization for 3 yrs and the experience was very nice with the whole staff and team of Orthosquare. I am very thankful to Dr kunal and Dr Riddhi to give me a chance to work in their organization.
