Could of been great - Anonymous employee Osedea Employee Review

We feel really sorry that this person had a somewhat mixed experience at Osedea. This is not consistent with the feedback we get from our team. We are also surprised at the shaming and disrespectful behaviour as it does not reflect our organisation, and are not sure if there was a misunderstanding between two individuals in this case. Our team constantly tells us that Osedea is a great place to work, that they enjoy the feedback. According to our latest Officevibe results (anonymous feedback), our results put us in some of the top organizations to work in and our ambassadorship levels are high. Our team says that we work hard to make them feel like people, not employees, they love the workspace, great recognition,and find the organisation and the team inspiring and trustworthy. They feel surrounded by respectful coworkers. Also the rating of compensation and benefits as well as senior management, is significantly lower than any of the feedback received two years ago,, and we have since improved both areas dramatically. This is also lower than any of the anonymous feedback we have received through Officevibe. Again, we feel sorry about the takeaway of this person's experience at Osedea. Our goal in the short and long term is to continue our work to make Osedea one of the greatest workplaces in Montreal.
