Cons
Full schedule and fast-paced days due to company growth. Your plate is full and must rise to the challenge to get organized.
Management offers good leadership but can become over-taxed themselves. Being proactive and taking initiative is needed when this happens.
Growing with the company is possible but for some, upper management/higher-up positions aren't easily available until company grows more.
