Pros
- lots of really talented, driven people - products that make a real difference in kids lives, teach new skills - work/ life balance is good but depends on the project - good yearly bonus
Cons
Osmo has gone incredibly downhill. Executive management needs to be fired and replaced with people who have some level of competency. They have squandered such a great opportunity to make innovative products with truly talented people. From terrible business decisions to constant pivots, leadership has failed to not only make this company a success, but keep grinding it down to a really terrible place to work. The recent layoffs were so poorly handled and the HR team was cold, unresponsive, and censored people on Slack by deleting their messages in real time while everyone was in the dark as to what was happening. I’m so sad about where this company has gone because I had some truly great experiences here and am so proud of the work I got to do. I don’t see any future for the organization and hope the good ones are able to land something better soon.
