      Pros

      Small scaled Company is always good for fresher to learn and start. Staff is really good. Management is also good. Supportive and work life balance is always at prime.

      Cons

      R&D dep is okay, need some improvement at hardware resources. Salary is normal as you get in any small scaled company.
