Pros

Coworkers were very nice. Supportive coworkers and friendly environment. Collaborative. People will help you if you have a question.

Cons

Hectic, disorganized onboarding experience. No structure or documentation to refer back to. Rushed, recorded teams meetings hosted as trainings that sometimes included confusion and errors (which is difficult to reference back to when you need the answer quickly). There were no pre-recorded trainings done 100% correctly or documents with instructions stored to refer to. Clear communication was lacking from management to outline expectations. Emails sent asking about specifics of my role to which no one replied. Team seems understaffed for the workload without strong management in place. Client was overall very unhappy and passive aggressive.
