      Rosters. Even time where asked. Potential for growth for motivated individuals

      Cons

      Management and knee jerk reactions and decisions due to incidents. Training has fallen away and managed by onsite staff exclusively. Unnecessary use of tech and apps which only hinder and provide no real benefit in tyre maintenance onsite. Only to management.
