Pros

Some employees are genuinely there for the students

Cons

The owners are absolutely horrendous to work for. The reviews are true— they only care about making a buck. The treatment of students and staff alike, is something I have never experienced in my entire career. It goes beyond poor leadership, it is abusive and unethical. I have personally witnessed them skew numbers and data to make it look like their students are more successful than reality. There is no room for advancement and you will always be underpaid and under appreciated for the work you do. If you choose to turn down a “promotion” you will be run out of the organization or fired because you do not see their “vision”. I genuinely wish I had taken the time to read other reviews before accepting a position here. I know multiple people who have been put off work due to unsustainable work environments and have legitimately had to attend therapy after the abuse the owners have subjected them to. I also worked there for over two years and do not know one person who has anything positive to say about the owners. The turnover is critically high and contributes to the disorganization of the school, leaving students unprepared for their fields. They are currently focused on recruiting international students to increase their profits; however, provide no support or opportunities to international students. The international students enroll under false pretenses and will be shocked to learn that the school was aware of the struggles they will face post-graduation. If you see a positive review, it is likely a paid actor, AKA their children who work there, yet do not have the qualifications or experience to do the job well (or ethically). Enjoy vacation or a personal life? Stay far away from this business.

Pros

Monday to Friday - if that’s what you’re seeking Students - majority are wonderful Christmas off

Cons

A relentless cycle of micromanagement. You’ll start here thinking you have a fresh shot, believing management actually cares and supports you. Guess what? That illusion shatters in 2-3 months. Your light begins to fade, and this place turns into a slow, soul-crushing grind—draining every ounce of positivity you had. You overhear constant gossip about one another. Instructors trash-talk openly in front of students. Managers are terrified of saying anything real, cowering in silence. Students are pushed through regardless of documented risks and unsafe practices. Their so-called success rates are a joke—completely fabricated and meaningless. The environment is toxic, riddled with backstabbing and favoritism. Morale is non-existent; everyone’s just waiting for the next blow. Leadership is blind, deaf, and utterly detached—more interested in covering their tracks than fixing anything that’s broken. Training is a joke; you’re thrown into the fire without support, expected to succeed in a system designed to grind you down. Expect to be overworked, underappreciated, and constantly scrutinized. Your mental health will deteriorate, and the worst part? They don’t care. Burnout isn’t just an inevitable side effect—it’s a goal. They want you so exhausted you’ll accept anything just to survive. Prospective staff or students—RUN. Do not delude yourself into thinking you won’t end up burnt out, traumatized, or harassed by peers, managers, or colleagues. This hellhole will never change until it’s torn down and rebuilt from the ground up—an overhaul so drastic it’s practically a new institution. Save yourself before it’s too late.
