      Gain experience in the primary sector, gain training to advance yourself.

      Management have no idea what they are doing, they have no concern for staffs wellbeing and are happy to dismiss them if they stand up to them or dare to have an opinion or ask for clarity. Management lie about what has happened and cover their own backs. No recognition for the work you do. Would never work for them again.
