Policies change frequently leave cancels based on the mood of the founder no proper structure, no technical knowledge to upper management fire people without notice

I don't see any good reason to like this company.

Stressful work environment, 10-hour workday, You will be forced to come to office even if you can do the job at home, Unable to avail leaves easily even though we deserve them, you will be burdened with work if they realize that you know what you are doing, No salary increments or appraisals for the extra work you are forced to do here.Working on weekends is a very usual thing here which is worrying. When you leave a company, they may not provide the required documents, and the HR may not respond to your messages or emails regarding your last month’s salary. This company also does not pay the last month’s salary.
