      Health insurance paid is nice. You can learn a lot very quickly. Aggressive in the marketplace

      Poor leadership; incompetent management; a level of confidence that has no basis in reality; poor customer experience as they move into enterprise

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
