      Good product - some good people still with the company

      Cons

      Hire and fire culture, targets out of synch with market opportunity. Some opportunity to grow with existing customers but over hired for UK so nearly all the team will miss quota.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
