Pros
Outgive is a unique company in the sense that it cultivates the right attitude in its employees. The company completely understands that e-commerce is such a fast-paced industry and requires manpower that has the right skills and work mindset. To attract and maintain the best people, Outgive offers competitive salaries and benefits and doesn't fall short of providing necessary avenues/platforms for employee improvement. I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in the company's recent mental health webinar, and joining it was one of the best decisions I've made so far. The management truly cares for its people. Work-life balance is also one of my favorite benefits from the company. Because of my semi-flexible schedule, I can manage my time and juggle work with other personal engagements.
Cons
Since most of the teams in Outgive are relatively new, there's a lot to improve in terms of processes. And I believe the company is doing a good job in that because they're always open for feedback and suggestions from all members.
