Items to improve are process maturity and continued alignment. The great news it the leadership team listens so I have confidence that Outseer will just continue to build and grow.

The people all the way down from leadership are extremely smart, passionate, and willing to help. Great pay, great benefits, and good legacy company spin-off & solution that is focused on innovating and rebranding. The market for fraud SaaS is HUGE and ever-growing. I really think that a company like Outseer is the place to be! Extremely healthy company financially. We are doing things that other companies haven’t gotten to yet (behavioral biometrics) that are changing the game for customers. In the scheme of corporate america, working at Outseer is really fulfilling as the product and mission we are all working towards is doing good for the world and changing people’s futures.

Only con (which for some can be a pro) is that there are no offices/office partnerships so you are working fully remote 24/7. I wish there was a WeWork partnership of some sort that was available globally on a per-request basis.
