      - Provides visa sponsorship, which is helpful for international employees - Free lunch is offered

      Cons

      - Management culture feels discriminatory and biased, which creates an unsafe and uncomfortable environment - Effort and contributions are often met with negative feedback, regardless of performance - Lack of constructive communication or support from leadership - The work environment negatively affected my mental well-being and confidence over time

      Pros

      Great team spirit with pizza (Authentic Thaï meals as well) & beers on Friday :) CEOs are very open minded and have trust on their employees. Some interesting projects build with a fresh stack (Nuxt.js / Symfony / React Native) !

      Cons

      Lack of fluidity on the development life-cycle. Some projects with spaghetti codebase.
