Pros
Join this company if you are a known to management (any Relative or very Close Friend), Either you don't know how to work , moreover you don't even know how to behave..Really Horrible place to work in.
Cons
This is made only for few emplyees, those who would like to spend their time & already working since almost 6-7 years, there is no one to ask to these people, Sr management just know how to get sleep after lunch, Management is nil or zero knowledgewise, they only know how to get the work done from the new joiners, wherein no one is there to ask a single question to Sr employees, coz they are in laws of the company, Sr Management are just Garbage & useless personality & spending their time in gossiping about the Loo break & tea break, with very cheap mentality, ashamed on them..
