Only the salary and is not really worth the stress and lack of management.

1. Fake promises in the recruiting process, such as remote work from everywhere but when hired, they tell you is only inside your country. 2. Terrible management, for example: You come back from a medical leave and they said, you are taking too much time off and need to do something about it. Or you complaint about the project and they tell you to be patient and give them time, instead of talking to the client and improve the employees work environment. 3. Uncertainty will be your everyday, one day they said you are doing a great job, the next day they fired you without warnings. 4. Everyone is quitting or getting fired, and looks like they don't care at all. 5. They said they work with US clients in challenging projects, the reality is that are Indian clients working from US and really disorganized, stressful and with lack of professionalism.

I did not enjoy any

I was contracted as a Front End Software Analyst, after waiting 1 month and a half without getting asigned any particular work or project, they decided that I did not meet the requirements for the job. It seems the only offers where for full stack development , yet I don't undersand why was I contracted when I had several other offers in the table and I have the expertise in my field ( front end development). Choosing them as a priority was a huge mistake. I leave with a very negative image of this company, yet they continue to post a huge amount of offers in LinkIn to front end software developpers aiming to try luck or I dont know what do they expect.
