Pros
As a SME, it's refreshing to see that hard work is effectively rewarded at Overdose. At no point have I thought that someone was promoted who didn't deserve it, and those who do work hard (and smart) get rewarded in a good timeframe. Work culture is strong and there's a lot of flexibility in how you work - with the ability to work from home and accommodate personal appointments during the day.
Cons
Slight clique formed in upper management, has led to people feeling left out.
