- Poor Leadership - Favoritism - Toxic Working Environment - Company culture ruled by boomers - High Turnover - Narcissistic Managers If you do not have a high position or seniority you are no one in this company. Opinions, thoughts and new ideas are never heard from new employees. Upper management do not care for growth of employees and they feel like dictators with their abuse of power. HR is manipulated by people in power and will be only for the interest in covering the company and not the employees.
