Positive experience working with the company. Brad Turpin the CEO is clearly passionate about his business. His enthusiasm and professionalism was appreciated and quite frankly contagious. Fair to work for, fun to work for. They are open to sharing many aspects of the business if you care to listen, and through that you can really learn quite a lot. I would definitely work with this client again.

The requests can be demanding or seem overwhelming but if you really tune into the OA vision, and push yourself, you end up being part of something unique that your can be proud of. Also still a growing company so not many opportunities for advancement.

Brad Turpin, the CEO, was great to work with. He always had a friendly attitude and was willing to help assist with any task that I had a question about. The idea of the company is great along with the acoustic products they offer.

There was little to no goal-setting. Often times, I did not know how to contribute to the company and felt that I was not able to use my capabilities to help the company grow. There is no pay for the interns (which is understandable since it is a start-up) but the interns should at least receive some type of benefits.
