Worst experience un my professional life - Human Resources Manager Oworkers Employee Review

Dear Chiroutte RAGAEI hr manager in Egypt To be clear « We bought your resume but unfortunately we got only you » This is one of bad comments than we got on hundred of good ones We are proud to keep our employees happy for you it is an other story : As a junior hr manager in Egypt You had been fired after 1 month and half during your probation period for multiple problems including : - Very bad English understanding (readers have to check your headline for a proof ) - Very bad reporting capability (reports full of mistakes we had to review it 5 to 10 times) - Absent during the working hours (we cannot join you for 40-45 minutes and this at multiple occasions) - Not able to do your job quickly under pressure (we had to hire 4 more employees in emmergency, what did you do ? you didn’t even LOOK (not even talking of screening) at the list on Yusuff website FOR 2 working DAYS ). -Not to mention than at the moment you didn"t give us back the mobile and the notebook than we gave for your work and that you have to bring back to our company if you don"t want to add 'thief" in your resume We cannot keep employee like you = non professional, as we need to serve our clients without any problem and HR function is a very important task inside the process.
