      it's not their fault minimum wage is so low where I live, but the pay is not worth the unpaid prep time.

      Pros

      Environment kept cleanly and tidy. Has a positive vibe.

      Cons

      Management encourages feeding answers to students more than teaching the students how to learn. They seem to do this in an effort to keep students happy, which in turn keeps parents happy.
