Young company with lots of room to grow

Feels like the transition to a more "mature" company has come with several wrong turns but hopefully good things are on the horizon

Good pay and benefits. That's all.

This company has zero structure, and management has no idea what they are doing. They are all over the place and teams do not communicate, so everyone ends up working on the same projects, wasting time and energy. It is also a very toxic environment with upper management having God complexes. They recently had some lay-offs and right after that hired people because they obviously only care about cutting costs. Work/Life balance is horrible, and they do not care about their employees one bit.
