Management only values you when you're making placements and generating revenue. Once you've produced enough, don't expect the same loyalty in return. I was let go shortly after earning a bonus under reasoning that didn't match my performance. Management also has a habit of getting involved in employees' personal lives and, in my experience, using that information in ways that felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Account managers often lacked a clear understanding of the roles they were selling, leaving recruiters to waste time chasing unrealistic requirements. When things went wrong, blame was pushed onto recruiters instead of addressing the real issues. Overall, the culture felt political, reactive, and focused on short-term numbers rather than supporting employees. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for stability, transparency, or a long-term career.
