A big learning curve to learn their system as a new developer, had financial trouble during the pandemic which caused stress among employees, some of the UI seemed outdated

Good company to work for and I worked there for 3 years. A dedicated team who loves and is very good at what they do. It was a great company to work for until the beginning of 2016.

Hiring is not always in the best interest of the company. They hire managers who do not have experience in the medical field and there is a steep learning curve.
