Only one child therapist role - it's all on you even if your circumstances change (i.e. lack of flexibility for accommodations due to health changes).
Travel to Toowoomba sometimes (a long day).
Need to fit in all kids each week so expect to work outside of business hours.
Occasionally you will face young people's behaviours that could be frightening, hurt you, and will challenge you personally (support from team though!)
Can feel like a taxi or babysitting service SOMETIMES due to carer needs.
