Failing Architectural practice. - Architect P+HS Architects Employee Review

Firstly apologies for our delayed response to this post. This is the first instance of negative feedback from an ex-employee in 35 years so we were not on the look out. Employees do sometimes move on, we accept that, but in our experience this is usually a mutually supportive parting of the ways. Indeed several staff have left and returned! So it is with great sadness that we read this review from a clearly angry individual. Firstly a point of correction: P+HS Architects is NOT a 'failing' practice. You may feel that we failed to meet your needs, but as a Practice, P+HS Architects is an award winning and highly successful company with happy clients and staff, sustained growth, and healthy profit: fact. We offer all staff an above average package; great working conditions, social events, generous salaries and holidays, training and workshops and the latest tech. Senior management are always happy to chat informally or formally. We are deeply sorry that you felt moved to write such unkind, and in our opinion and experience, inaccurate comments. We have clear procedures that support staff in raising genuine concerns for fair and open discussion so that we can understand and address them together and can only assume that you chose not to take advantage of this.
