      A large company, that operates like a family owned business. They give you a company car and gas reimbursement. One of the best compensation plans. Freedom in terms of scheduling. Comprehensive on going training. Recognition for outstanding sales performance.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, having experienced working for other home improvement companies.

      I started in training late October, I called out November 10th to put my dog down, and I got written up when I came back. Great way to introduce a new employee to company values.
